Job Overview
The Bank Contracts Manager serves a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on the effective management and optimization of banking contracts. This position demands a strategic mindset to lead sourcing efforts, cultivate vendor relationships, and direct project management initiatives aligned with our banking objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing Leadership: Oversee business support, sourcing activities, contract structuring and negotiation, and collaborate with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to ensure successful contract price negotiations.
- Project Management: Spearhead projects for strategic banking initiatives involving multiple vendors, delivering comprehensive analysis, actionable plans, and strategies for cost containment, while ensuring adherence to project timelines and expectations.
- Relationship Management: Foster and manage enterprise vendor relationships, establishing ongoing requirements and actionable plans focused on cost containment and vendor road mapping.
- Strong expertise in banking practices.
- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of bank contracts and relationship management.
- Understanding of risk management principles.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in banking or contracts management is required.
- Demonstrable project management capabilities.
- Proven ability to effectively manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
