Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Marketing Manager to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with various internal teams to enhance partner engagement, foster loyalty, and drive sales growth. Candidates with a robust understanding of partner programs, marketing processes, and experience working with distribution partners, DMRs, and system integrators are encouraged to apply.
You will report directly to the Vice President of Channel Sales for the Americas and play a key role in executing strategic initiatives across departments to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Marketing Development Fund (MDF) budget, including the evaluation and approval of marketing spend requests.
- Enter, track, and approve marketing initiatives through our internal systems.
- Collaborate with sales leaders, channel account managers, operations teams, and regional marketing to devise strategies that promote partner growth and loyalty.
- Plan and facilitate partner-oriented events, including conferences and webinars.
- Provide expert guidance and support to partners regarding marketing inquiries.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Represent the organization at various partner events, cultivating relationships and fostering growth.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required; an advanced degree in marketing or a related discipline is a plus.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in channel marketing or communications, demonstrating a solid grasp of partner and distribution marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing.
- A successful track record of collaboration with partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Previous sales experience is desirable.
- A self-motivated, results-driven individual capable of managing multiple projects independently.
- Ability to produce impactful field-facing content.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
