    Description

    Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Inside Parts Counter Sales Representative to assist with commercial vehicle parts sales to retail customers.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Parts and sales support to retail customers
    • Participate in company training programs for career development
    • Assist with other parts initiatives as needed
    • Pull and stage parts as needed

    Qualifications


    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Automotive or Commercial Truck parts experience desired
    • Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR
    • Must have a strong work ethic focused on serving and supporting our customers (internal and external)
    • Basic understanding of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
    • Must be self-motivated with the ability to build strong customer relationships
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
    • Must be detail oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Must have the ability to work well within a team environment
    • Previous Forklift experience is necessary
    • May have to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Aftermarket experience a plus
    • Must be able to work a swing shift that includes alternating weekends
