    Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers, identifying vehicles aligning with their interests.
    • Demonstrate self-direction and plan your own activities.
    • Address customer queries regarding vehicle specifications.
    • Effectively communicate and showcase product features on the lot or during test drives.
    • Conduct necessary follow-up activities to maximize sales potential.
    • Evaluate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance, creating action plans for efficiency improvement.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

    Education and Experience:

    • Sales skills with the ability to influence customers.
    • Basic computer functions and typing knowledge.
    • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
