Job Overview
At Lavazza North America, the Channel Strategy Manager supports Lavazza North America across the US Home Channels (Retail & e-tailers) by diagnosing complex business issues, identifying key insights, and recommending clear action plans necessary to achieve the business’ short and long-term objectives. This role will work on assessing what is working, what is not, and supporting course correction as needed.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive business development opportunities with analytics and strategy planning.
- Develop, animate, and track Commercial Fundamental KPIs (assortment, distribution, pricing) for the Sales Team and leadership.
- Act as the first point of contact for supporting customer annual business planning.
- Summarize key actions and communicate key insights for effective decisions in the S&OP process.
- Partner on commercialization strategy to strengthen Lavazza’s market position (e.g., new product development, business case development).
- Collaborate with the Strategic Planning & Task Force Team based in Italy.
- Co-lead Monthly Business Reviews and collaborate with all functions to drive action-oriented meetings.
- Act as a cross-functional orchestrator to build strategic vision, drive execution, and manage course correction actions.
- Understand and measure aspects of the Digital Shelf to ensure optimal online product presentation.
- Work with the Sr. Manager to build and execute ways of working & setting standards for analyzing e-Tailers.
- Utilize syndication tools for effective data management and product content distribution.
- Other ad hoc requests as needed.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or related technical field. Minimum 2 year working experience in CPG Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales, Sales Planning or Marketing, or Retail Buyer/Category Manager. Preferred experience in supporting Retail and e-tailer channels, global companies, and proficiency with Nielsen, Numerator, eFundamentals, Helium10. Dynamic, agile individual with a can-do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, storytelling, and data management skills to diagnose issues, visualize data, and recommend actions; proficient in MS Office and knowledge of Digital Shelf and syndication tools. Highly organized with excellent project management and multi-tasking abilities, strong collaboration, and influence skills for cross-functional work. Ability to learn new tools and technology efficiently; minimal travel (<10% per year), occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds), and ability to sit for extended periods.
