Responsible for contributing to the health of our community by providing quality services in a compassionate and cost-effective manner. The Chaplain Coordinator responsibility is to assist the Vice President of Mission Integration with administrative tasks such as the collection of data, completion of reports and quality initiatives. In addition, because of the level of experience, knowledge, and seniority, the Chaplain Coordinator will represent the Spiritual Care department as called upon.The Chaplain Coordinator acts as a liaison with patient/family and also works with community clergy, at patient's request, acting as a contact between the parish communities to ensure continuity of pastoral/spiritual care. The Chaplain Coordinator will also provide administrative support and training as required to maintain the spiritual care volunteer program.
