Hospice of Lake Cumberland provides quality care for patients and their families in their home and facilities within our seven county service area of Pulaski, Russell, Casey, McCreary, Wayne, Clinton and Cumberland counties. This person will cover a designated area but may have to travel to any of our seven counties.
This will be a PRN (as needed) schedule. There is potential for on call responsibilities so there is some night and weekend work when you are scheduled for on call. You receive an hourly stipend for being on call and if you have to go out you get paid hourly in addition to your annual salary. Provides spiritual care and support that is responsive to the varying spiritual needs of Hospice patients and families, and to the greater Hospice community.
Assist in the provision of bereavement services for Hospice patients and families as well as the community.
Facilitate community bereavement groups as needed.
Contributes to the overall success of Hospice by cooperating in other organizational requirements and activities.
