RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides courteous, qualified and safe personal care services, as defined by the NC Division of Health Service Regulations (https://info.ncdhhs.gov/dhsr/ahc/index.html), to agency patients in accordance with the prescribed Plan of Care and under the supervision and direction of the agency’s Director of Nursing and its policies and procedures.
