We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and case management support interacting with debtors, creditors, lawyers, paralegals and court.
Duties include interacting with a diverse group of important contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from debtors, creditors and attorneys via telephone, e-mail, fax and written correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks, accurately inputting information into databases or spreadsheets
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with legal case management, including organizing case files and preparing necessary documents
- Support project management efforts by coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and tracking progress
Skills:
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail
- Strong document review and proofreading abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy and speed
- Ability to conduct research using various resources
