**Duties:**
- Officiate Football games and ensure fair play and adherence to rules
- Make accurate and timely calls on fouls, violations, and other infractions
- Communicate with players, coaches, and spectators to maintain a positive and respectful game environment
- Manage conflicts or disputes that may arise during games
- Enforce sportsmanship and promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
**Experience:**
- Previous experience as a referee or in sports coaching is preferred
- Familiarity with Football rules and regulations
- Ability to work with children and effectively communicate with players, coaches, and parents
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations on the Field
As a referee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring fair competition and maintaining the integrity of the game. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of young athletes while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.
