### Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the nursing staff. Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. ### Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
- Assign and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor patient care to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in complex patient situations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient status and address any concerns or issues
- Administer medications and treatments as required
- Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date records
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

### Requirements:

- Valid nursing license in [state/region]
- Proven experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in [specialty area]
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make critical decisions
