Check In - Check out/Visitor Management Officer

Wage: $20.00/hour

Job Responsibilities:

Ingress/Egress Control:

• Operate the main screening area controlling access to secured site locations.
• Implement and adhere to strict procedures and guidelines for screening individuals entering or exiting the facility.

Security Screening Process:

• Utilize metal detectors, hand wands, and conduct close visual inspections of all items to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Exercise command presence to maintain order and compliance during the screening process.

Access Badge Issuance:

• Create and issue access badges for new employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Ensure accurate information and compliance with security standards.

Qualifications:

Security/Supervision Experience:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of security/supervision experience or equivalent work experience.
• Apply expertise to enhance security measures and respond to potential threats.

Command Presence:

• Ability to assert authority and maintain control in the screening area.

Attention to Details:

• Strong attention to detail during the screening process and access badge issuance.

Composure Under Pressure:

• Demonstrate strong composure under pressure, especially during high-stress situations or emergencies.

Customer Service Skills:

• Provide excellent customer service to individuals undergoing the screening process.
• Address inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

Independence and Computer Skills:

• Work independently, demonstrating good computer skills to manage access badge issuance and screening system operations.
