As a Collection Representative, you will be responsible for managing internal collections for clients who are more than thirty days delinquent. The collections received are for outstanding balances on accounts for band and orchestra rentals. Your role will involve analyzing accounts, communicating with clients and other team members in bookkeeping and accounting, and ensuring that our slow-to-pay clients are able to rectify their past-due accounts. Duties:
- Perform account analysis to identify outstanding balances and delinquent accounts
- Contact clients via phone, email, text, or mail to collect payment on overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and provide necessary documentation
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for collections, adhering to legal requirements
