Fury Water Adventures, renowned for crafting unforgettable moments for guests through exceptional Key West watersports excursions, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Check-In Agents. We have both full-time and part-time Check-In positions available.

As a Check-In Agent at Fury, you will play a vital role as the first point of contact for our esteemed guests in Key West as they check-in for our tours and prepare for their adventure. Working at our designated Fury Check-In locations, you will ensure that our guests have a seamless check-in process for their upcoming adventures.

We are looking for individuals who not only reside in or near Key West but also possess a genuine passion for customer service and thrive in a people-oriented environment. A positive attitude is a must, as you will have the opportunity to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds. Job Requirements:

• Customer Service experience and a willingness to work with Fury guests as you check them into their upcoming Fury Water Adventure.
• Ability to work with modern computer and reservations software.
• Trust worthy and reliable.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Patient and helpful with a can-do attitude.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial.
• Must be willing to work when guests love to play! (Weekends & Holidays are REQUIRED)

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
