Overview:
The Business Hub is looking for a self-motivated professional to join our small, well experienced team. As an Office Manager, you will work with the Business Hub manager, to help create an optimal Member Experience within The Business Hub’s unique Corporate Facility. We are flexible to find a candidate that is seeking a new career, location, industry or entering into semi-retirement or starting out with energy and motivation.

The ideal candidate will be competent and efficient in Day to Day Office Routine’s as well as in prioritizing client servicing with a personal assistant approach to our clients and will be an integral member of the team focusing on the below responsibilities:

Business Hub Day to Day Activities

• Front Office presence and interactions including phone answering and greeting guests,
• Ensure quality and upkeep expectations are being adhered to,
• Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality;

Members Interactions

• Provide a welcoming environment for members and their clients.
• Meet with members to resolve issues.
• Provide additional support services on a regular basis.

· Conduct building site tours for potential members,

· Provide follow-up to online inquiries.

Corporate Office Support

• Help coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance,

· Update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data,

• Assist in budgeting and monitoring of expenses,
• Provide frontline feedback on processes and procedures to management and owner with a goal of creating best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as hospitality/office manager,
• Exposure with customer service,
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Ability to work independently,
• Familiarity with office management procedures,

· Knowledge and comfort with Microsoft Office and other computer software,

· Problem-solving aptitude.

Experience:

• Office Management,

Education:

• Associate level.

Work Location:

• No Remote work.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday,
• Day shift 9am-5pm.

Job Type:

· Full Time/Part Time.

Salary:

· Starting $18-$20/hour,

· Qualifying Paid Holidays,

· Success bonuses and raises potential.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
