As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and ensuring high-quality meals are served to our customers. Duties: - Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring they are visually appealing and taste delicious - Develop and create new menu items based on customer preferences and seasonal availability - Supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance - Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Collaborate with the management team to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining high-quality standards - Oversee food production processes to ensure efficiency and consistency - Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role - In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required Skills: - Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices. - Bartending: Ability to create and mix various cocktails and beverages. - Shift management: Experience in managing kitchen operations during different shifts. - Supervising: Ability to oversee kitchen staff, assign tasks, and provide guidance. - Kitchen management: Proficient in managing all aspects of the kitchen, including inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment. - Food management: Knowledge of food cost control, portion control, and waste reduction techniques. - Food service management: Experience in managing food service operations, including menu planning, pricing, and customer satisfaction. - Leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the kitchen team. - Kitchen: Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating. - Food production: Ability to efficiently produce high-quality food in a timely manner.```

    Pay: $400.00 per week
