As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and ensuring a high level of customer service. Your duties will include:
- Managing all aspects of the hotel, including front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Supervising staff members and providing guidance and support as needed
- Implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures
- Conducting regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Monitoring and managing hotel revenue to maximize profitability
- Collaborating with the sales team to attract new guests and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Overseeing the hiring, training, and development of hotel staff
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
