Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in the food industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation in the kitchen
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Create and update menus to meet quality standards and customer preferences
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Skills:
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Food Preparation: Proficient in preparing a variety of dishes with attention to detail
- Kitchen Management: Experience in managing kitchen operations efficiently
- Culinary Expertise: Strong culinary skills with knowledge of different cuisines
- Shift Management: Capable of managing kitchen shifts effectively
