    seeking a Garde Manger/ Cold Food Chef to manage the cold offerings

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Garde Manger Chef or in a similar role.
    • Culinary degree or equivalent culinary certification.
    • Strong expertise in cold culinary techniques

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update the Garde Manger menu.
    • Introduce new and creative cold dishes, salads, and appetizers.
    • Supervise and actively participate in the preparation of cold dishes.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $47,000.00 - $71,000.00 per hour
