Being a Chemical Dependency Director oversees services from intake through discharge for continuity and quality of client care. Prioritizes client safety and directs crisis management. Additionally, Chemical Dependency Director develops and administers approved standards and guidelines, ensures all licensing and accreditation requirements are maintained. Establishes and administers recordkeeping and reporting processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Typically reports to a director. The Chemical Dependency Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Chemical Dependency Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Introduction:
A company located in Kenosha County is seeking a Chemical Blender to join their team.
Description:
Follow batch tickets to formulate and combine/react chemicals.
Needs to be able to weigh precise raw mixes and follow batch sheets.
Operate semi-automated filling machine to fill drums, totes, and other containers
Load and unload tankers and/or rail cars of raw materials, chemicals, finished products, etc.
Operate pumps, valves, hoses, mixers, chemical compounding equipment, etc. daily
Take samples of incoming tankers/rail cars, in-process materials, finished materials, etc. throughout the entire manufacturing process start to finish
Connect hoses, pumps, and valves to transfer chemicals between tanks, drums, and other containment units
Fill out manufacturing paperwork and checklists for any product and stages
Hours:
2nd shift openings - Monday through Friday
Hours - 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. (Usually done around 1:30/2:00 a.m. with OT)
