Our Control Room Batchman will need to have a working knowledge of the typical Microsoft Office tools, and be able to use email, and other forms of communication, and be able to understand and use the control systems to meet the company expectations. The candidate will be trained and required to show understanding of the operating systems to produce concrete, along with maintaining a readiness to perform similar duties on the plant sites.

The Control Room responsibilities include working closely with existing team members to occasionally troubleshoot common issues, understand the control systems used, be able to relay Important information to all individuals in a timely manner at all times, have a working understanding of LO/TO/TO, and be willing to accommodate the current working schedules. This position will require good communication techniques to ensure the quality of the product is assured, and all team members are informed of their duties.

Typical Schedule:

• Monday through Fridays and some weekends.
• Daily hourly assignments are regulated to accommodate production goals.

The Batch Plant Operator will learn and understand concrete production techniques and processes using the Commandbatch Control.

• Understand how to use the tools and programs supplied by Microsoft, and be able to quickly function through multiple computer related tasks.
• Remember and perform the control functions, and perform programing functions, at a high level.
• This position requires strong communication & leadership skills enabling good communications between team members who will be located in different areas.
