We are currently looking for someone to fill the Plant Operator role for International Ingredient Corporation at our Oelwein plant. This person will be responsible for he completion of all shift operational tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow all plant safety requirements established to protect employees and company assets
• Operate all plant equipment within established procedures
• Follow product quality assurance requirements as outlined in the QC manual to protect employees and company assets.
• Complete all necessary recordkeeping in a timely manner
• Fill in for absent or vacationing plant personnel when needed
• Follow all established plant housekeeping requirements
• Communicate any quality, maintenance, or safety issues to management
• Must stay in close communication with the shift supervisor and other operators to ensure efficiency
• Contribute to the team environment by sharing ideas towards continuous improvement
• Assist with any and all other duties that may be assigned
• Facility specific CCP Training (Annually)
• Animal Food Training Requirements
