Position Summary

The primary job function will be to execute the preventative maintenance programs designed for Aulick Chemical systems customers. Additional duties include but are not limited to the essential functions listed below.

Essential Functions

• Make regular visits to all sites to repair, perform preventative maintenance, and clean existing systems.
• Clear & concise communication with Aulick and CITCO Water personnel and customers.
• Customer service with timely reporting of customer support & feedback.
• Inventory management of tools, supplies, and equipment.

• Assist in the assembly, installation, and field work for chemical feed systems and tank maintenance.
• Assist in maintaining the production schedule to ensure on-time order delivery.
• Assist on new installations or repairs to existing equipment in Aulick facilities.
• Attend monthly safety meetings.
• Follow all OSHA, DOT, and Aulick SOP's and regulations without exception.

Work Environment

This position primarily works in an office setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with approximately 40-50 expected hours per week.

Travel

Regular regional travel with some overnights.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
• Driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience with chemical feed systems
• Class B CDL
• Previous experience in a position that required mechanical troubleshooting
