    Position Overview:

    4. Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the organization, optimizing revenue and controlling costs to achieve profitability and sustainability.

    5. Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing executive team and clinic leadership, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

    6. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all clinics adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

    7. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competition, using insights to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.

    8. Patient-Centric Approach: Foster a patient-centric culture, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.

    Qualifications:
