As a Chief Medical Officer you will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and overall operational management of physician services and medical staff administration. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer to develop strategic plans, policies and address operational issues that build effective relationships between the hospital and its Medical Staff to produce excellence in clinical outcomes. The CMO for Holy Cross Davis would have the option to maintain a level of clinical practice if so desired.
