Position Description:
We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) with exceptional leadership skills and strategic vision in Canton, OH to to lead and oversee adult and geriatric inpatient and outpatient services. The Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of these services. This is a full time position.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in an executive level role within a mental health setting.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including Medicaid, Medicare, HIPAA, and relevant mental health guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Strategic planning: Further develop and implement the company's strategy and vision
Financial management: Review financial reports and develop cash flow projections in collaboration with the CFO
Legal compliance: Ensure the company complies with legal guidelines and policies
Stakeholder relations: Further develop relationships with key stakeholders, including, board members and clients
Talent management: Collaborate with the VP of HR to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
