A national leader in outpatient surgical care is now seeking a new Market Practice Chief Executive Officer to lead multiple ambulatory sites in coastal northern Florida.

This organization is known for proven success in outpatient surgical care, specializing in various fields such as gastroenterology, endoscopy, cardio-thoracic, pain management, and much more. The Market Practice Chief Executive Officer will lead a dynamic cardio-vascular and thoracic practice group spanning nearly 20 clinical locations throughout northern Florida. 

The Market Practice Chief Executive Officer will provide visionary leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and financial success across all clinical locations. The Chief Executive Officer will collaborate with clinical leadership, administrative teams, and external partners to drive initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, streamline processes, and foster a culture of innovation. This role demands a seasoned healthcare executive with a deep understanding of physician practices, a track record of successful leadership, and the ability to navigate the evolving landscape of outpatient healthcare delivery. The Chief Executive Officer will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to provide exceptional cardiovascular and thoracic care to the communities we serve.
