About us

```Overview:

We are seeking an Executive Director to lead our organization and oversee all aspects of operating a small 501(c)(3) junior golf organization. This person will work remotely from home.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the organization

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

- Work with tournament director and instructors to schedule monthly tournaments and instructional clinics

- Write and submit grant requests

- Manage tournament fundraisers

- Coordinate annual college scholarship program

Experience:

- Proven experience in a leadership role

- Familiarity with the local golf industry

- Ability to research and write grants

- Event management

Qualifications:

- Administrative skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of social media

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with donors and work with a board of directors

- Experience managing finances to work within budgeted guidelines

- Knowledge of the local golf industry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
