General Description

Works with the Executive Director, staff and accounting firm to ensure proper reporting, compliance, and financial management. Is in charge of general office management duties and supplies. Performs Human Resource duties and contract management duties for suppliers.

FT, 40 hrs, Mon – Fri. Some weekends and weeknights required. Cleveland, OH

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with staff to prepare and submit CDBG reports; with City contract administrators for compliance purposes
• Work with contractual external accounting firm to manage billing, payments and relationships with vendors
• Keep financial and contractual records for the organization and follow record retention policies
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures
• Maintains system for tracking employee benefit programs and general HR procedures

Other Duties/ Work Environment

Other duties as assigned. Additional required weekend work hours (seasonal) for Tremont West events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.14 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
