SIMEDHealth is looking for a full-time Chief Financial Officer for our independent multi-specialty group practice located in North Central Florida and headquartered in Gainesville, Florida.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for all financial activities of SIMEDHealth and affiliated companies. The CFO must be knowledgeable of current aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investments to banking. Financial activities includes bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivables, banking, oversight of external accounting and audit services. The CFO will be responsible for the completion of financial activities within generally accepted accounting principles, and will demonstrate a broad knowledge of medical office practices along with the willingness to mentor, support, and educate executives, physicians and managers. The CFO position is an onsite position requiring the ability to travel and access all SIMEDHealth locations.
