The Radiology Diagnostic Imaging Technologist will regularly perform all special procedures according to established procedures outlined in the department manual. The Radiology Tech will adjust controls according to knowledge of standard settings to consistently produce diagnostic quality records.
The Radiology Diagnostic Imaging Technologist will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of equipment capability; consistently produces high quality results. Observes patient and machine during special procedures and reports any unusual occurrences; always informs appropriate personnel of any changes in patient condition. Routinely reviews all films for radiologist and attending physician approval.
