The Company: Quality Testing, LLC (QT) has been helping owner agencies, contractors, construction managers, engineering consultants, and private developers achieve and document the quality of their construction activities and processes since the year 2000. As an Arizona based civil engineering firm, QT provides an array of construction quality program support services including workmanship verification through inspection and physical property quantification through materials testing.
The Position: QT is seeking a Chief Construction Inspector / Lead Construction Inspector to assure that construction contract compliance is being achieved and documented, that nonconformities are being detected and rectified, and that construction quality is being controlled, documented, verified and accepted. Depending on future contract demands and resource availability, the individual(s) selected may also be considered for other QT contract positions with different working titles, but still with the primary responsibility of inspecting, documenting and evaluating construction work in progress.

Schedule and Compensation: This position is intended to be full time; however, alternate arrangements and schedules may be considered depending on a candidate’s specific skill set, experience, and existing schedule constraints.
