Additionally, Chief Flight Inspector typically reports to top management. The Chief Flight Inspector typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Responsibilities:
• Run shifts alongside or in the absence of our Assistant Manager and General Manager
• Assign responsibilities to each Team Member and supervise performance
• Assist with the training of new Team Members and refresher training for current Team Members
• Inform Team when new menu items and specials are offered, so that they can provide the best possible food service
• Review all timecards for your shift
• Enforce our quality standards and help resolve any customer complaints
• Check for the correct quantity and quality on deliveries
• Review daily sales reports and receipts, make deposits as required, and make sure that all have the correct amount of bills and change
