Job Opportunity: Flight Scheduler

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love managing detailed tasks? As a Flight Scheduler at Leading Edge Flight Academy, you'll be part of the team ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly. You'll provide important communication between our pilots, our students, and our maintenance department. No prior aviation knowledge necessary – we'll provide the training you need.

Responsibilities:

• Aircraft and Maintenance Tracking: Keep our fleet in the air by managing complex aircraft and maintenance schedules. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, accommodating client requests, addressing inquiries, and working towards a seamless experience for all. Multi-Tasking: Manage numerous events and schedules each day, keeping up with the fast-paced world of aviation.
• Current Schedule Needs:
• Weekdays: 12-7pm, 4-5 afternoons per week
• Weekends: Occasionally to cover shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Bend, OR 97701: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
