Pacific Lending is an established Direct Lender with a professional environment that offers a unique opportunity to select loan professionals. We are looking for Experienced NMLS licensed Loan Officers.

We offer very aggressive commission and Fast Service to our Loan Officers. Our Processors are here to support our Loan Officers. They understand it is important to close quickly! We have all the programs and lenders you need with an in-house pricing desk to help you find the lender to get you the best loan for your client. Nobody will beat our in-house operations, with quick processing and 24 hour underwriting. We have offices in 11 different States. Training and Development is provided in all areas.

Current State Licenses: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas & Washington. (Additional states coming soon)

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

• Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, builders and the general public to develop and retain existing business
• Collects and analyzes information regarding the customer’s income, assets, and debt to adhere to regulatory and underwriting guidelines
• Oversees customer interaction and communicates with all parties involved on each transaction from application to closing, including pre-qualifying potential home buyers.
• Communicates loan status to all interested parties and answers questions and advises the parties through the entire loan process
• Advises the customer regarding the benefits and disadvantages of different Pacific Lending loan products and negotiates acceptable terms with the customer
• Prepares applications to submit the file to Processing

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• NMLS Licensing required

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED. One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
