This role will be pivotal in ensuring that workplace concerns are investigated and addressed promptly and fairly, in compliance with relevant laws, policies, and procedures. You will share in the teams impact on all aspects of Employee and Labor Relations. You will provide counsel regarding people-related policies and procedures to help problem-solve and explore alternatives for conflict resolution and organizational changes. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will support the financial and functional decision-making processes in contributing financial expertise in the planning of new services that generate additional sources of profitable revenue

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive compensation range for candidates hired into each position. The starting pay for this position is in the mid-range of the pay scale $125 to $150 yearly. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. This position is not associated with a union contract.
