Essential Duties:

• Responsible for reconciliation and maintain fixed assets.
• Responsible for reconciliation and maintain leased assets.
• Create appropriate General Journal entries.
• Responsible for management of month-end accruals for WV
• Responsible for maintaining and reconciling assigned general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers.
• Shared responsibility of maintaining and processing records for Supplier Chargebacks
• Responsible for review of and entering WV Freight Invoices into SAP for A/P processing.
• Prepare schedules to support the Quarterly Consolidation Package and accompanying Financial Statements as assigned.
• Review and analyze Cost Center reporting.
• Support annual budget development, reporting, and analysis as assigned.
• Support quarter-end and year end audits.
• Review other Accounts Payable Invoices to ensure approvals and scan for automated A/P processing as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, and Safety related policies.

Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience (Preferred):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3-5 years related work experience required (may substitute a combination of experience and education)
• Prior SAP Experience preferred
• Possess and demonstrate high energy and initiative
• Effective and creative problem solver
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to multi-task and manage priorities
• Highly effective communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with advanced Excel skills required
• Highly tactful and diplomatic
