Chief of Staff plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization's President, CEO or other executive. Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making. Being a Chief of Staff acts as a point of contact or gatekeeper between top management and other stakeholders. Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. Additionally, Chief of Staff may act as an advisor to the chief executive. May be responsible for the management of executive support staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to CEO or executive. The Chief of Staff manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Job Description
Chief of Staff to CEO
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of Chief of Staff. This critical position will work closely with the executive leadership team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and growth of the organization. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including analytical planning and driving executive initiatives particularly within the context of IT Hardware Management. This is a 100% Onsite position and NOT Remote.
Chief of Staff Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner to the CEO:
- Work closely with the CEO to execute the company's strategic initiatives, aligning these efforts with the overall vision and goals of the organization.
- Provide analysis of data from the production floor and sales transactions to drive initiatives.
Organizational Optimization:
- Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement and streamlining.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the company.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data related to IT Asset Management to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the executive team to support decision-making.
Qualifications
Chief of Staff Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proven experience in an analytical role, with a track record of managing complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build effective working relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and self-directed with a results-oriented mindset.
