We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Chief of Staff to provide strategic support and executive-level assistance to our company's Chief Executive Officer and emerging Visionary/Impact team. The Chief of Staff will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic objectives, managing key initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across various departments. This role requires a keen interest in renewable energy and financial modeling combined with strategic thinking, project management, and exceptional communication skills.
The essential job functions of this position include:
Strategy:
Work closely with the CEO to assist in the development and execution of short-term and long-term strategies to achieve the company’s long term vision.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Project Management:
Oversee and manage key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, set project goals, and monitor progress.
Identify potential roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Prioritize key issues and organize key decision makers to forge consensus
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a central point of contact between the Chief Executive, Vision/Impact Team, and various departments.
Facilitate effective communication, ensuring that important messages and decisions are communicated promptly.
Collaborate with other team members to streamline workflows and optimize internal processes.
Executive Support:
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials for executive meetings and key external stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Financial Modeling:
Collect and analyze data to track key performance metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
Create reports and dashboards to summarize and present findings to Executive Leadership.
Develop and update financial models for new business models and existing investments
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of staff members, helping them perform at their best and contribute to the organization's success.
These are our education and qualification requirements:
Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline of business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Five or more years of progressive management experience
Two years of professional experience in complex modeling/quantitative role required
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills are required and advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite;
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Leadership experience and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
High attention to detail
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Highly analytical brain, as evidenced by education, past roles, & achievements
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional project management abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for financial analysis and financial modeling
Adaptability and a willingness to take on new, complex challenges.

Annual Salary Range: $70,000-$125,000
Weekly Pay
