    Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all day-to-day operations and operational teams at the organization
    • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
    • Define and implement operational objectives, ensuring alignment with long-term vision and financial targets.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Foster collaboration and communication between various departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of operational initiatives.
    • Implement best practices and industry standards to optimize workflow, quality, and resource utilization.
