Job Description:
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all operational functions, including but not limited to retail banking, loan processing, branch operations, and customer service.

• Risk Management: Develop and implement robust risk management protocols to safeguard the institution against potential threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and technology integration.
