Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of corporate finance principles, enabling them to support the organization’s HR initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Conduct employee training sessions on various topics, including compliance and company policies.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate account reconciliation related to HR functions.
• Provide guidance on financial concepts related to compensation and benefits administration.
• Analyze HR metrics to forecast staffing needs and improve overall HR effectiveness.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, corporate finance, and technical accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and account reconciliation processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus but not required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Pay: $37,500.00 - $54,576.00 per year
