Administers recruiting and staffing processes. Being a Child Care Center Director (Hosp. Op.) provides training and professional development for staff. Oversees enrollment activities, communications, and events that foster positive relations with families and the community. Additionally, Child Care Center Director (Hosp. Op.) ensures that the activities and surroundings meet the needs of children and provide safety and security. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent. Depending on the location, may require a state specific director certification or a more general certification such as the Child Development Associate (CDA). Typically requires Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification. Typically reports to senior management. The Child Care Center Director (Hosp. Foster's Childcare & Development Center is Hiring Teachers!
Now Seeking Qualified Teachers for our Infant and Early Preschool Programs
Work hours would be Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, 8:00pm-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm.
Pay is based upon experience level.
Our Teachers... Are patient and nurturing. Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all center standards.

Responsibilities and Duties
Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child. Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.

Qualifications and Skills
