Under the direction of the Executive Director, The Life Enrichment Director will staff, manage, plan and execute the workings of the Life Enrichment Department. Supervises the Life Enrichment Department and related staff. Life Enrichment Directors ensure the implementation of the Front Porch Vitality Initiative by planning and carrying out comprehensive programming, activities and events addressing the six dimensions of whole person wellness. Management practices and policies support, facilitate and allow, as appropriate, entertainment, cultural, physical and other activities by, and for, residents which enrich their lives.
