If so we are seeking CBD/Cannabis Educators to join our team -- we're hiring for our Duck, NC store. (Please note store locations before applying!)

Our goal is to create a boutique-style, relaxed environment staffed with knowledgable employees who can educate customers and help them choose the best CBD product for their individual needs. The most important tasks you will be responsible for are helping our customers by providing knowledge from our Brand Doctors & Chemists about CBD, going over our product information, and most importantly being the face of our company. While experience isn't necessary, a basic knowledge of CBD and/or Cannabis is very helpful! We will provide full training. You bring the personality, work ethic, and motivation and we will train you on everything you need to know!

Qualifications:

• Must enjoy interacting with people!
• Must be comfortable making phone calls to customers and other businesses!
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Comfortable having consultative conversations and interest (and ability) in building rapport with our clients! (Half this job is about building relationships!)
• Proactive and motivated. Can take initiative with or without direction.
• A positive, cheerful, and professional demeanor is a must!
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• This is an "education-first, sales-second role", so you must feel comfortable engaging in consultative discussions with clients.
• Greet, educate, and help customers feel at ease upon arrival.
• Provide individualized solutions for each client, which can require extensive, consultative discussions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products, as well as the CBD industry. There will be ongoing training, so if you don't like learning this isn't for you.
• Clean, count inventory, daily close out, and other store-related tasks
• Must be comfortable making phone calls to follow up with clients.
• May be required to work events outside of the store
• Weekend flxibility.
