Additionally, Chiropractor requires a doctorate degree in chiropractic (DC). Must pass either National Board tests or state examinations to obtain a license. We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Montgomery, AL. We are seeking a chiropractor that enjoys working with a large, busy patient base, is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, skilled, and professional care alongside the Chiropractor/owner. Ideally, the Chiropractor will work well with others, can treat patients of all ages, and can also be depended upon to be professional and always bring the top level of care to their patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated doc with integrity and a desire to work hard and be rewarding, yet not have the headaches of ownership. The incoming chiropractor will be able to focus on providing care, and not have to worry about creating their own patient base.
Duties:- Perform initial consultations, exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care, nutritional supplements, and ancillary services such as Laser, Decompression and more
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified, Thompson, full-spine, Activator, ArthroStim, rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) Chirotouch
- Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in AL
- Full time
- Monday- Thursday
- $84K base salary plus monthly bonus and quarterly bonus
- Easily making over $120k/year total compensation
- Bonus Compensation- monthly and quarterly
- 4-day work week (no work on Fridays)
- PTO and paid holidays
- Health Insurance
- Retirement plan with 3% match
- Malpractice paid.
- Continuing Ed paid- 100%
- License renewal paid along with local business license and scrubs.
