We are a growing dance studio located in Abingdon, MD. Our studio is dedicated to providing exceptional dance education and fostering a love for dance among our students. Position: Dance Teacher
Styles: Acro,Ballet, Modern (Horton or Dunham), Jazz, Hip Hop, Stretch and Conditioning
Location: Abingdon, MD 21009
Responsibilities: As a dance teacher at Dimensions Dance Center, you will be responsible for teaching your respective classes based on the schedule set. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring the success and growth of the studio. We measure success in this role by

Hiring Process

Initial Interview: Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview via Zoom to discuss qualifications, alignment with studio values and goals
Skill Assessment Depending on the role, there may be a skill assessment or demonstration required via a trial class with our students
Final Interview: A final interview will be conducted with our key team members to further evaluate the fit and potential contributions to the studio.
Job Offer: A job offer will be extended to the successful candidate, followed by a formal contract upon acceptance.
