Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for designing and implementing innovative construction projects, including land development, drainage systems, and infrastructure improvements. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, using cutting-edge technology and software. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil, AutoCAD Civil 3D, HyrdoCad, and Drainage.

Responsibilities:
1. Utilize AutoCAD Civil, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and HyrdoCad to design and draft detailed construction plans, designs, and layouts.
2. Oversee land development projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet all regulatory standards and client requirements.
3. Design and implement effective drainage systems, ensuring they comply with environmental regulations and best practices.
4. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Conduct site inspections and analyses, providing recommendations for improvements and modifications.
6. Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices, implementing them in your work as appropriate.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development and drainage systems.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and HyrdoCad.
4. Proven experience in designing and implementing effective drainage systems.
5. Strong understanding of land development processes, regulations, and best practices.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
9. Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring projects are completed to the highest possible standard.
10. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
