Work in dynamic environment that supports the maintenance and sustainment of Air Force facilities and infrastructure including facility electrical, facility mechanical, facility structural, roads and bridges, and grounds maintenance as a Civil Engineering Technician, Contracting Officer Representative. The primary position is to provide surveillance, oversight, analysis, documentation and reporting of Contractors work maintaining and sustaining AF assets. The qualified candidate should have experience in one of the following:

· Maintenance, Preventive and Corrective

· Inspection and Surveillance

· Construction

· Project Development including scoping, acquisitions, and execution

· Contract management

· Invoicing and maintaining and documenting Contractor performance

· Emergency management support

This is a federal government position with Department of Defense requiring ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Salary range is 57k to 75k per annum.
