Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
Evaluates potential witnesses for credibility and assess likelihood of their presence when needed. Serves witnesses with subpoenas in order to have individuals appear in court as required. Maintains/liaison with law enforcement agencies and court personnel concerning cases under investigation Prepares detailed reports of investigations and submits copies to decision-making authority or courts; testifies in court.
Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications: Two years investigating, fact finding or enforcing state or federal laws and regulations. Education in communications, psychology, social work, public or business administration, criminal justice or law may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
